Business and Marketing Automation Websites to Enhance Your Unique Business Model
J

My name is Jay Digital, a self-taught digital artist, developer, and creative technologist with over a decade of hands-on experience, working as a fully remote, one-person creative practice.

My work spans design, development, visual media, AI-assisted workflows, automation, and creative systems. Alongside client work, I am building as an artist and educator, focusing on music, cinematic visuals, AI-powered design, and documenting real-world lessons from a self-built creative career.

I have a couple of websites that I found after doing some deep diving in marketing and overall business structure automating. I wanted to find something that could make it much easier to find clients that needed my specific creative skillset. I weeded through around 10 different sites that the AI (I can’t remember if it was ChatGPT, Grok, or Gemini) sent my way. I’ll share the ones I landed with and what I plan to do with them. I’m also partially putting this here for my “bookmarking”. But I want others to be able to access this just in case they are looking for something similar. These website were not easy to find, at least, in the light I was trying to find them in.

Right now, I don’t make a lot of money. I won’t be signing up for these until I get to a better place financially. I’m currently working at McDonald’s until things start to move into more money in other areas of my creative pursuit.

And for those that don’t know, I’m a Multidisplinary Indpendent Digital Artist (Business Creative) that helps those that either need the small things in their marketing wheelhouse taken care of, or even those starting out that need the whole shebang to really hit the ground running in their branding and do so with elevation. I’ve got over a decade of experience under my belt with that. I’ve also been expressing myself creatively with my own music, my own visuals, websites, etc. So, with all that, I wanted to find some tools that could help me further my career on the elbow grease department using AI. This is what I found:

Apollo

First up is Apollo: https://www.apollo.io/

It seems to be a great choice for what I’m looking for in Lead Generation and really communicating to my projected clientelle what it is I really do, what I expect, and really how to hone into it all in one stop. It also seemed to have a reasonable pricing model. It starts out free with 900 credits per month but bumps up the (rounded up) $60/mo with a 14-day trial. My likely plan of attack when I pull the trigger would be to start out free, poke around, and if it is indeed what I’m looking for, then do the 14-day trial into the $60/mo. You can always ask AI if this SaaS Website/App/Tool would be good for you in your business. You can ask it anything. My suggested prompt right off the bat would be something like this (at least for my business):

Hey, could you help me with looking at a website (SaaS/Tool) for me to check to see if it would be helpful in my business model? I want it to help me with getting clients in the creative field. Would this website work well for me? Please be as detailed as possible. Look at the reviews as well and make sure that it would be good for me. I don't want to spend money on something that isn't going to work for me. The website is: apollo.io (or https://apollo.ai/).

You can use this kind of prompt for any website. Just tailer it to you and your business model and continue the conversation with an AI of your choosing. I recommend Grok. (https://grok.com/)

LateNode

Next up we have LateNode: https://latenode.com/ab/home-ai-builder

I honestly cannot remember why I chose LateNode as another option. Maybe I had something else in mind. But seems like you can create your own AI models with LateNode that seem to be super helpful. Their website design is a bit out-of-date though. I don’t know that I’d use them now consdering there are other free options out there for creating your own AI models or at least using free AI models for your own workflow. Maybe not in the way LateNode does it. But I’ll cover that in another article. I’ll try to udpate it here if I can remember to do so.

Seems like that’s it for now. If you want to start your own look into using an already made AI model and using it on your computer for free (similar to an early model of ChatGPT), take a look at Ollama. I’ve used Ollama with AppleScript (and Shell) to create a video transcription and social media caption generation model. It’s not bad right now. But I’m still working on it. I’m sure the process could help a lot of people. I’ll be covering that here in the blog and on a video in the near future. I just gotta get my mental fog right and I’ll get to it. Stay tuned.

Thanks for reading.
